ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 hours with your order confirmation.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours and will be dispatched via courier or postal service for delivery to your delivery address.

Standard shipping is 5 - 8 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 applies to orders under £15 and shipping is free for all orders of £15 or more. This free shipping threshold applies to all items except Naturediet food, which is charged separately based on weight (see below).

FOOD ITEMS — WEIGHT-BASED SHIPPING
Due to their weight, Naturediet dog food items are shipped via Royal Mail and charged based on total order weight rather than our standard flat rate or free shipping threshold. This ensures postage costs are calculated fairly for heavier orders.

Shipping costs for food items are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total basket weight, and may vary from our standard flat-rate shipping above.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
