Refund policy

RETURN POLICY - PAWTOBELLO PET SUPPLIES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All jewellery items (including key rings) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • All jewellery items (including key rings)
  • Gift hampers
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift vouchers

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Gift Voucher Expiry Policy

  1. Validity Period: All Pawtobello Pet Supplies gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
  2. Fundraising/Charity Gift Vouchers: At the discretion of Pawtobello Pet Supplies, gift vouchers voluntarily provided as part of fundraising events or local charity initiatives may have a reduced validity period of 6 months from the date of issue.
  3. Expiry Date: The expiry date will be clearly stated on your gift voucher.
  4. Balance Expiry: Any unused balance remaining on the gift voucher after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.
  5. Partial Use: If you use only part of your gift voucher's value, the remaining balance will still be subject to the original expiry date.
  6. Expiry Exceptions: In cases of technical issues preventing gift voucher use before expiry, please contact our customer service team at contactus@pawtobellopetsupplies.com
  7. No Extensions: We are unable to extend gift voucher expiry dates once issued, so please use your gift voucher before the expiry date shown.
  8. Change of Policy: Pawtobello Pet Supplies reserves the right to change this policy for future gift voucher purchases, but any changes will not affect gift vouchers already issued.
